Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting learning in and out of the classroom
• Helping students grow socially and academically
• Providing 1:1 and group support (including SEND students)

• Experience working with young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualifications
• A commitment to keeping our students safe and supported in Redhill
• A drive to becoming an excellent Learning Support Assistant
