  • Full-time, term-time only Learning Support Assistant role | Long-term contract until July 2025
  • Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS
  • Role paying £480-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
  • Minimum 2:1 Graduates from a Top 20 UK University
  • Child-centered experience is advantageous

Learning Support Assistant | Job Role

  • Supervise small groups and provide 1:1 support for students requiring additional guidance
  • Monitor and track student progress effectively
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of each child
  • Engage students creatively to enhance their academic and personal growth, while guiding and supporting them in preparation for secondary school
