As a learning support assistant you will be working under the guidance of experienced teaching staff, to support students in and out of the classroom. You should have good communication skills as you will have to liaise between both students and class teachers.
If you love working with young minds and have a knack for understanding behaviour, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a learning support assistant, you’ll be…
* Supporting teachers in the classroom.
* Helping students with learning challenges.
* Work one-on-one with students to support their emotional and educational development.

What we’re looking for:
* Recent experience working with children in a paid or volunteer role?
* Patience, empathy, and a love for helping others.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
No classroom experience? No problem! We’ll provide training and support to help you thrive in the role.
