Learning Support Assistant needed!

A Warrington Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a full-time, long-term basis.

The role of a Learning Support Assistant is to provide extra support to those in the classroom who require that additional support. You are responsible to make their clasroom experience the most successful, inspiring and accessible it can possiblt be. You could be working one-on-one or in a small group.

Day-to-day duties:

Motiviating, supporting and encouraging students
Ensuring students feel comfortable and confident in their own abilities
Provide a personalised and tailored approach to the learning of individual students
Supporting the teacher in managing the classroom
Carry out lesson plans provided by the teacher
Follow individual child’s care plans or EHCPSWe are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to start work as soon as possible on a full-time basis until July 2025.
