Salary: From £90 per day, dependent on experience

What We’re Looking For:
* A compassionate and patient individual with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
* Previous experience working with children is ideal, but not essential—we welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to support the educational journey of each child.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
* Assist in the delivery of tailored educational activities and lessons.
* Support students’ social and emotional well-being, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment.
* Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement effective learning strategies.
