Legal Secretary – Commercial PropertyAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Legal Secretary to join a highly respected and busy Commercial Property department on a full-time basis.This role will involve supporting the Head of Commercial in delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of company and commercial property matters. Previous experience working on either residential or commercial property transactions is essential.What’s on offer:

Key requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a legal secretary, ideally in commercial property
  • Fast and accurate audio typing skills
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and client care skills – both over the phone and in person
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
