We’re looking for a Lettings Administrator (Part-Time) to play a key role in supporting the smooth progression of tenancies from offer to move-in. You’ll work closely with the Head of Administration & Compliance and the wider lettings team, helping ensure every tenancy runs efficiently and professionally.

What you’ll be doing:

* Preparing tenancy agreements and progressing deals with speed and accuracy

* Managing compliance documentation including EPCs, EICRs and Gas Safety Certificates

* Coordinating cleaning and inventory check-ins

* Carrying out AML and sanctions checks on tenants and landlords

* Liaising with referencing companies and ensuring reports are sent to landlords

* Uploading accurate data to the property CRM

* Handling ad hoc admin tasks to support the wider team

We’re looking for someone who has:

* Previous experience in lettings administration or tenancy progression (ideal, but not essential)

* Strong attention to detail and a professional communication style

* Excellent time management and multitasking skills

* Confidence working independently and as part of a team

* Good IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office

Role details:
£14 per hour (£17,472 pro rata)
24 hours per week over 4 days (flexible spread of hours)
Hybrid working – 1 day in the office, 3 days remote
