A friendly, professional and passionate independently owned Estate Agency are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Sale. As Lettings Negotiator, you will be a pivotal member of the team, ensuring all residential properties in the portfolio are compliant and tenanted at all times. You will have good attention to detail, enjoy interacting with people face to face, and be welcoming, friendly and informative member of the Estate Agency.
Job Tittle: Lettings Consultant
Salary: 25-28k Basic
Commission: 1% of Lettings monthly income + add on service sales.
Hours: Monday Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday Rota (9:30am-4:30pm)
The role
- Book and conduct viewings on properties listed to let
- Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords
- Conduct referencing checks on perspective tenants
- Log tenancy deposits
- Schedule proactive maintenance works, EPCs etc, ensuring properties are compliant and fit for rent.
- Conduct regular inspections on properties
- Deal with any inbound reactive maintenance requested.
- Using the systems accurately, Alto, Canopy & Goodlord.
- Promote all Ashworth Holme Services where appropriate
