Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity this September? A welcoming and well-resourced primary school is seeking a confident and caring TA to support a Key Stage 1 class on a long-term basis.

You’ll be working closely with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum, helping children reach their potential both academically and emotionally.

In this role, you’ll be:

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Working with small groups and individuals to reinforce learning
Helping to deliver phonics, early maths, and literacy interventions
Assisting with assessments and tracking pupil progress
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeingWe’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has recent experience in a KS1 classroom
Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team
Understands the needs of young learners and how to support them effectively
