Learning Support Assistant – ARP (Alternative Resource Provision)
Location: Hillingdon
Start Date: September 2025 (Early Start Available)
Pay: £100 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
DBS Required: Enhanced DBS
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive and inclusive school with a specialist Autism Resource Provision (ARP). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ASD experience and a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role:

Working full-time within the ARP, supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
*
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions
*
Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
*
Supporting students’ emotional and academic development
Requirements:
*
Proven experience supporting children with ASD
*
A Level 3 qualification in Education
*
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
*
A proactive, patient and flexible approach to working with SEN students
