THE ROLE- LSA

Being a LSA, you should have a patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children. You will provide one-to-one support or small group support to help students understand and complete tasks. You will be required to work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, particularly children with Special Educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements. One of your main responsibilities will be to monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to individual learning plans.

THE SCHOOL-LSA

The primary school consists of 572 pupils, aged 4 to 11. It is in a great location of Newham, where there are overground and underground stations nearby with many bus links. It is a school that prides itself in inspiring our pupils to aim for the highest of goals and aspirations.
