The Role – LSA
As an LSA, you will be working 1:1 with a lovely young girl with autism, helping her engage with learning and supporting her social, emotional, and academic development. You’ll be helping her build strategies for managing emotions, following instructions, and integrating with her peers in a classroom setting. This role requires someone who is patient, understanding, and has a nurturing approach.
