* LSA (Learning Support Assistant) required in the Hillingdon Area on a FULL-TIME basis
* LSA (Learning Support Assistant) MUST have 1:1 experience with secondary level students
* LSA (Learning Support Assistant) supporting Autistic Students with behavioral issues.

The school – LSA (Learning Support Assistant)
The specialist SEN school in the Hillingdon area is focused on supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 with moderate Learning difficulties and associated complexities. The school accommodates approximately 100 KS3/4 students (approximately 60 KS5 students) and a restricted group size to ensure each student’s pathway and program is individually catered for and supplements this with a strict teacher-to student ratio. All pupils are post ECHP. It is located near excellent public transport links with limited staff parking in place.
The role – LSA (Learning Support Assistant)
The ideal LSA (Learning Support Assistant) will have had previous experience of working with students with severe behavioral issues and come from a school background where challenging behavior is part of everyday school life. The role would require you to work 1:1 with a KS3 student from a troubled background with heightened challenging behavior issues.
