  • Serve as the primary liaison for all client interactions, delivering first-class service.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored investment insights and guidance on whisky portfolios.
  • Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally.
  • Implement and enhance customer experience strategies for a luxury audience.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Play a pivotal role in growing the Client Relations function, with future leadership opportunities.

Your DNA

  • 1-2 years’ experience in client relations, account management, or customer success, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Expertise in the wine industry is a must either from a hotel background or luxury concierge/client services.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to engage with high-net-worth clients and provide white-glove service.
