Brightwork Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join our clients Coatbridge facility.
You will be joining a new an existing team, training on a day shift with the possibility to move to rotating day shift/ backshift should the clients increasing volumes demand it.
Day shift Monday to Thursday 7.45am-4.45pm, Friday 7.45am -2pm
Backshift Monday to Thursday 2.30pm-11pm
Your Time at Work
The main duties of the role are as follows:
Training across all machinery within the production hall
Accurately recording downtime of equipment
Carrying out hygiene of equipment to a high standard
Flexing between bottling equipment and bottling lines
Following all SOP’s and instructions diligently
Adhering to Health and Safety policies and RA’s
Driving Performance through continuous improvement
Our Perfect Worker
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Machine experience in a bottling facility (eg: capper/filler/depal)
Great attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Experience of working within a production environment (working within the spirits industry would be a distinct advantage).
The ability to work as part of a team, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with the company requirements.
The ability to manage numerous tasks whilst managing your time effectively.
