Role – Machine operator position
Location – Based close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours – Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday 6.00am – 18.00pm rotating shift per week
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position
Rate of pay – Up to £15.17 per hour after training
Our client is a prestigious manufacturer who is looking for a number of machine operators to join their busy team.
Candidates will need to be proficient in the smooth running of production based equipment
Main duties will include –
Setting up manufacturing equipment for daily use
Maintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safely
Maintaining the understanding of operating procedures for their machines
Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
Reporting safety hazards within the work environment
Candidate attributes –
Ideally will have worked in a manufacturing based environment
Own transport is essential due to the location of the premises
Ability to work shift patterns
Good communication skills
