Role
The role is working as X1’s maintenance operative for both the Property Management and Block Management (Haymarket) sides of the business throughout our Chatham Waters development of 199 apartments. To be successful in this role you will need to possess excellent maintenance skills, be able to work independently and have a can do attitude to your work. This position would suit a multi-skilled person with excellent communication skills.
Key skills
- Previous of experience in similar role
- Joinery skills would be an advantage
- An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site maintenance.
- Building maintenance skills – painting, decorating, joinery and plumbing
- Good interpersonal/communication skills as this will be a tenant facing role.
- Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good organisational skills.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Must have a full clean driving licence.

Hours -9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 4.30pm Friday
