A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team at our clients hotel, set in acres of beautiful grounds. As a key team member, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a newly revitalised hotel to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Your Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
* Complete all maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
* Assist the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the property consistently meets group standards.
* Address any issues with minimal disruption to guests, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrics, and painting & decorating (these skills are essential)
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated approach to work.
* The ability to perform well under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality work and attention to detail.
* The perfect candidate needs to be flexible, as we currently have different shift patterns to support the business; we ensure that we have maintenance cover from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm
* Contracted hours are 40 hours a week, plus any overtime and callout pay is given
