Marketing Assistant Location: Cardiff
Salary: £24,500-£26,000
Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting the Marketing Executive in creating content and developing marketing materials.
Managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Writing and editing case studies, success stories, and internal communications.
Assisting in organising and attending events to promote the organisation’s services.
Supporting the production and delivery of electronic newsletters and communications.
Ensuring consistency and brand protection across all marketing initiatives.
Assisting with marketing administrative tasks as required.What We’re Looking For
A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing (internships or work experience welcome).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
A good understanding of social media trends, tools, and platforms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A proactive, creative, and self-motivated mindset.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.Desirable (but not essential):
CIM qualifications or equivalent.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or digital design tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
