Marketing Assistant

Award winning, ambitious and progressive law firm!Ideal Graduate opportunity!We have a fantastic opportunity within this thriving and successful team for an enthusiastic and attentive Marketing Professional to support and drive the firm’s continued success.The Marketing Assistant will support a pivotal function within the company, covering the following duties:

• Monthly Brief production.
• Production of monthly client listening reports
• Data input and uploading into Marketing system to support client surveys.
• Assisting with website updates and social media channel posts.
• Production of monthly SOB reports for each department
• Managing the inbox and dealing with website and live chat new enquiries.
• Assisting with filming and editing of videos.Assisting with image creation for social media posts, utilising Canva

Ideal Person:

• Experience within data management is desirable.
• Experience of using design software such as InDesign, Canva or similar.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English language and grammar.
• Organised, careful and attentive.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise well.
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working within an active and agile environment and team.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ideal Graduate role!
