The Marketing Executive for Addmind is responsible for supporting and implementing marketing plans to promote the restaurant brands (CLAP, Sucre, Alma and Uba), attract customers, and increase revenue. This role involves supporting digital and traditional marketing campaigns, overseeing social media and content creation, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and customer engagement.
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties1. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Support the Marketing Manage in their analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.2. Digital Marketing:Support the Marketing Manager in growing and optimising the venues online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing.Act as daily point of contact for social and digital agencies to ensure online advertising campaigns are completed as per brief and on time3.Content Creation:Support in the creation of engaging and high-quality contentCollaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to produce promotional materials, including menus, flyers, and social media posts.Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice and visual identity.4.Social Media Management:Support Marketing Manager by reviewing social media plans to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community.Track and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.5.Event Promotion:Support the Event Manager during events such as restaurant openings, special menus, and seasonal promotions.Coordinate with event planners, PR teams, and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.6.Brand Management & Admin:Ensure consistent application of the brand guidelines across all marketing channels and materials.Support Head of Marketing during the prelaunch phase of new brands; brand decks, guidelines, go to market plans and critical pathsCreate and disseminate materials and media-kits to key internal stakeholders and employees

Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Work Environment Dynamic and fast-paced environment. Occasional travel for events, meetings, and conferences. Flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends for events and campaign launches.
