Your Role as a Maths Teaching Assistant:
* Support the teaching and learning of mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Work one-to-one or with small groups to help students grasp complex concepts and build confidence.
* Collaborate with teachers to create innovative resources and strategies to boost student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A strong academic background in mathematics (A-level or equivalent minimum; degree preferred).
✔ A passion for education and working with young people.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Prior experience in a classroom setting or working with children (desirable but not essential).
