Contract: Two-year fixed term contract
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Start: January 2025
We are partnering with an organisation that represents more than 300 high-quality British international schools in 82 countries worldwide and more than 190 commercial/partner organisations to recruit a new Membership Engagement Executive.
This newly created hybrid role involves mostly home working, with a requirement to be at their London office on average once per month.
Within this varied role you can expect to be involved in the following duties:
- Coordinate the onboarding of new members and commercial partners.
- Being first point of contact for their school members and partner organisations.
- Building strong relationships with existing members and partners via regular outreach calls.
- Support in the creation of a retention strategy to ensure action is taking for members at risk of lapsing.
- Support Communications team in the production of newsletters, blogs and webinars.
- Coordinate membership networking opportunities and online forums.
If you have extensive experience within Membership services, account management or secondary education, we would love to hear from you asap.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work with autonomy
- Solutions-focussed with the ability to use your own initiative.
- Possess a natural flair for delighting members/customers.
- Well organised with the ability to both manage expectations and maintain relationships with your members.
