Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide personalised support to our service users, helping them achieve stability, confidence, and independence while upholding our values and organisational mission.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Deliver Person-Centred Support: Understand and respond to the unique needs of service users, following individual support plans.

Promote Independence & Wellbeing: Encourage service users to recognise, understand, and manage factors affecting their mental and physical health.
*
Provide Practical & Emotional Support: Assist with daily activities, personal resources, and emotional well-being.
*
Ensure Compliance & Safety: Administer medication following policies and support medical and welfare needs.
*
Develop & Review Support Plans: Maintain accurate documentation and regularly update individual support strategies.
*
Foster a Safe & Respectful Environment: Maintain a welcoming space for both service users and staff, aligned with our values of Respect and Integrity.

Work Collaboratively: Engage with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community to ensure holistic care.
*
Uphold Professional Standards: Adhere to all safeguarding procedures, policies, and best practices in mental health care.
What We Look For:

Experience in mental health support or a related social care role (paid or voluntary).

Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

A UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
