The successful Mental Health Teaching Assistant will act as the first line of response for students struggling – whether it is regarding learning material, academic topics or personal challenges. The role’s responsibilities include identifying and observing different triggers for students, implementing therapeutic techniques and healthy coping mechanisms to best prepare them for independence.
