We are seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Administrator to join our Secretarial & Business Support department, providing a broad range of administrative and support services.

Description

Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Organise and schedule appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports and organising company records.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.Profile

A successful Middle Office Administrator should have:

Proven experience in a similar role within the Property industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.Job Offer
