Your Role & Responsibilities:
– Promote inclusion and creativity in the classroom
– Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs
– Assist teachers with lesson planning and adapting materials for pupils with SEN
– Encourage creative learning through Music, Drama, Art, Sport, or Creative Writing
What We’re Looking For:
– A 2:2 or above in a relevant degree (e.g. Music, Drama, Sports, Art, Creative Writing, Psychology)
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– A passion for education and creativity
– Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
