Our client is currently seeking a National Creative Project Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a National Creative Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to deliver creative projects that promote community and wellbeing for our client’s members.

Facilitating opportunities for ex-service people to connect virtually with each other and the creative world, you will help them engage in activities that enhance their sense of community and improve their overall wellbeing.

You will process referrals for project kits, manage incoming communications and update participant records for various creative opportunities.

Additionally, you will support members in joining virtual hobby groups and contribute to discussions on innovative project ideas and accessibility.

Your role will also involve:

– Monitoring stock levels
– Preparing and distributing creative materials
– Maintaining organised systems for project management
– Inputting feedback forms and maintaining accurate records
– Collaborating with the team to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders

About You

To be considered as a National Creative Project Administrator, you will need:

– Administration experience within a team
– Proficiency in IT
