Description
Our client is a corporate workspace business and they are currently looking for a New Business Executive to join their team. This is a full time and predominantly office based role with 1 day a week from home. The hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00.
There will be uncapped commission available and first year OTE are epectected to be £35k+.
Duties:
- Proactively contacting businesses to understand workspace requirements
- Generate new leads to work / pass to the team
- First point of contact for new clients.
- Introducing the service, qualifying needs and identifying relevant options.
- Introducing the client to the market in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Gaining commitment from the client to view and identifying specific options before passing to the Progress Manager to book viewings and field feedback.
- Working with clients pre and post viewing to shortlist favoured options, providing insight and advice on the most appropriate options.
- Negotiating pricing and terms with providers.
- Passing client to Progress Managers once feedback has been gained to allow them to chase down proposals, agreements and deal information.
- Meeting / exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for viewings, deals and revenue.

- B2B Experience (desirable)
- Minimum grade C in English and Maths
