With over 50 years experience in their industry, this multiple award-winning training company are recruiting for an experienced New business sales executive / Business Development Adviser to work from their Cannock office. Offering a salary of up to £28,000 dependent on experience for a 36.5 hour working week with the opportunity to earn a bonus of £4k per annum. Other benefits include:

You will need to have experience working in a sales or business development environment. You will need to be someone that is focused, results driven, is creative and has ideas about how to succeed.
The desire to win new business is essential as is the desire to pick up the phone. You must have a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for work.

Working with a range of partners to develop links and referral points to generate an extensive network
Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers, achieve outstanding results for all targets
Create an effective pipeline of activity. Identify organisations that provide scalability in the market and new development areas. Present to customers as required. Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
Develop quality presentations, quotes and negotiate with customers
Follow quality assurance processes
