Night Care Worker

As a Night Care Worker, you will provide wakeful night duty cover, ensuring our service users receive the care and support they need. You will be a key worker for designated individuals, managing their care plans with input from families and health professionals. From assisting with personal care to supporting the use of aids and equipment, your compassion and professionalism will make a real impact.

You will help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, monitor nutritional needs, and respond calmly to emergencies. Working on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings, you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care.

We’re looking for someone who either has or is willing to work towards an SVQ 3 in Social Care. Basic computer skills are also needed to help with record-keeping. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is committed to demonstrating Christian values in their care.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
