Night Support Worker – Pembrokeshire -Bangeston Hall, Pembroke Dock -Hourly rate £11.60 to £12.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working waking nights for 38 hours a week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with autism, helping them achieve their personal goals and lead active, socially valued lives. Your commitment to person-centred care and your ability to build strong, positive relationships will be key to success in this role.
About Bangeston Hall: Situated in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in Pembrokeshire, accommodating up to 17 adults. The main manor house has 10 bedrooms and ample communal space. The grounds include a five-bed lodge, a two-bed home, a market garden, allotments, a polytunnel, a smallholding, a music room, and an art room, offering numerous opportunities for nature activities, life skills, and relaxation.
A typical day will include:
Providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records.
Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment, and that it feels like home.
Being a positive role model to the people we support and promoting their independence through a range of activities.
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care.

Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes;
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts;Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
