Position: Nursery Assistant
Location: Barry
Salary: £84 – £85
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Contract Type: Tempoary, fixed term.

The Role:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated EYFS team. This role involves working closely with teachers and other staff to support the development, learning, and care of children aged 3 to 4 years old.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting children in their learning and development through engaging activities.
Assisting in the planning and preparation of creative and educational resources.
Encouraging positive interactions and fostering social, emotional, and physical growth.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Observing and recording children’s progress to share with parents and the wider team.
Collaborating effectively with staff and families to meet individual needs.What We’re Looking For:
Relevant qualifications in childcare or Supporting Teaching & Learning (LEVEL 1/3)
Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
A nurturing and patient attitude with a passion for early childhood development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
