Nursery – Early Years Practitioner

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

A highly successful educational institution in Slough is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner, qualified to at least Level 2 or 3, to join their team. Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage in the daily activities of the school with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Implement innovative teaching methods that foster a stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Monitor and assess the progress of children, ensuring all individual needs are met.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school’s community spirit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold at least a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
• Demonstrable commitment to developing outstanding teaching and learning practices.
• Strong understanding of the educational philosophy and ability to implement it effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with both staff and students.
