Nursery Nurse Practitioner
A private day nursery in High Wycombe are currently recruiting for a level 2 or level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse Practitioner.
The successful candidate will need to hold EYE, NVQ or recognised equivalent Early Years Childcare qualification, you will also ideally have a minimum of 6 months Early Years setting experience, being able to demonstrate a sound understanding of both the Early Years Foundation Stage and key worker practices.
Nursery Nurse Practitioner – Position Details
Your role:
- Working as part of a team promoting an enabling environment in which children can play, learn and develop
- Planning and delivering activities to extend and support childrens development and learning outcomes
- Carrying out observations, evaluating and recording childrens progress
- Planning and implementing next steps to support childrens development
What you will need:
- An NNEB, CACHE, EYT or an equivalent Nursery Practitioners / Early Years qualification
- An understanding of the EYFS, planning and assessment procedures
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
