Job Type: Part-time (Minimum 2 days per week)
Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Perms Direct, a family-run business dedicated to quality care and community values, is looking for five qualified Level 3 Practitioners to join our fantastic team! Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education for young children in line with EYFS standards.
* Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment.
* Work collaboratively with our friendly, close-knit team.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
* Support each child’s individual learning and development needs.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent).
* Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Have a DBS on the update service
* Ability to work a minimum of two days per week (8:00 am – 6:00 pm).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
