Perms Direct is seeking a motivated, organized, and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at an Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Fulham. About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner in our Toddler and Pre-school Rooms, you will play a key role in fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children aged 1-5. We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 3 days a week, providing consistency and care to our young learners and building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment.
* Full-Time Commitment: Choose between 3-4 full working days each week with a secure, permanent contract.
* Engage with Children: Build nurturing relationships with children and encourage their curiosity and growth.
* Effective Communication: Maintain open, friendly communication with parents, children, and fellow staff.
* Safeguarding: Adhere strictly to safeguarding and child protection protocols.
Requirements
* DBS Check & References: Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references.
* Qualification: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (Essential).
* Experience: Previous experience working with children under 5 years old (Essential).
* Passion for Childcare: Enthusiastic approach and commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
* Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively within team procedures and meet nursery standards.
* EYFS Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
