Our client a welcoming and established Nursery setting in Poole are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioners to join their professional & friendly team.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have a nurturing personality.
Your role:-
– Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children
– Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
– Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness of the nursery
– Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
– Monitor children’s behavior and communicate any concerns to the Nursery Manager
– Maintain accurate records of children’s activities, progress, and incidents
– Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child’s development
About You:-
– Level 3 Childcare & Education or above
– Previous experience working with young children
– Knowledge of child development principles and practices
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
– Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
