What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Level 2/3 or equivalent in Early Years Education or Childcare.
Experience: Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting is preferred.
Personality: A compassionate, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards working with children.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Commitment: Passion for helping children grow, learn, and develop through play-based learning.
Your Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and evaluate learning activities based on the EYFS framework.
Observe and monitor children’s progress and development.
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development through play.
