Coach Hire Edinburgh are looking for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our team. We are a small but growing family run business in East Calder. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-orientated and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and emails
- Process customer and supplier invoices
- Take, track and reconcile customer payments
- Input and update customer bookings
- Accounting and payroll processing
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Experience
Knowledge of accounting with Xero or other relevant system, preferred but not essential.
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel
Additional Information
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Detailed training will be provided.
