Reception and Administration Coordinator – 12 Months FTC

Location: Motherwell

39-hour week: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Full-time Office-based: On-site Parking

Driving licence required

We are seeking a motivated Reception and Administration Coordinator to handle front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer calls and greet visitors.

– Manage mail, supplies, and meeting room bookings.

– Handle travel arrangements and invoices.

– Maintain records and trackers.

– Assist with general office tasks.
