Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Belfast, BT3 Duration: Permanent. Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am 5.30 and Friday 9am 5pm. Salary: £25000-£28000 depending on experience. On behalf of our client, an Architectural Practice, we are seeking an Administrator to join their Belfast office. Duties include: ? General hard and soft filing duties. ? Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documents. ? Generating reports using excel. ? General reception duties including telephone answering, post processing, welcome and hospitality in the afternoon and holiday cover. ? Non-technical office administration. ? Making staff travel arrangements. You will need: ? Previous experience in Administration. ? Professional and clear communication skills. ? Great interpersonal skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ? A strong level of knowledge of MS office; Word, Excel, and Outlook. ?
