Centre Support Assistant
Based in Victoria, £26k, Monday-Friday, 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
A high-quality office provider is looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their team as a Centre Support Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be a crucial part of the operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while still providing that excellent customer service.
This role is varied and dynamic, requiring an individual who takes a flexible work approach. You will be responsible for looking after the office spaces, welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day activities of the centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager and the team, you will help create a professional, organised, and inviting atmosphere that reflects the high standards of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Provide excellent service to colleagues and visitors
– Ensure that communal areas, meeting rooms and office spaces are organised, tidy and welcoming to all
– Be ready to offer support to the reception team when required
– Carry out administrative duties for clients
– Respond to all client queries in a timely manner, contacting the appropriate people if needed
– Have a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures
– Assist the Centre Manager with certain events like Doughnut Friday
– Arrange couriers and taxis if requested
– Create welcome packs for new clients
– Move between centres if additional support is required
The Ideal Candidate
– Great communication skills, via all channels of contact (email, phone, in-person)
– Immaculate customer service
– Previous experience in customer facing roles
– Experience with Switchboard is desirable
