As our Operations Administrator, you’ll support the regional operations manager by being at the heart of the day-to-day operations administration for the region. You’ll be working collaboratively within the wider administration team to ensure that all administration tasks (such as reporting, ordering, meeting arrangements etc.) are completed whilst liaising on projects with department leads such as marketing, HR, recruitment and quality assurance.

About You:
We’re looking for people with great organisational and people skills to join our team.
Previous demonstrable administration experience working in a similar role and within a similar environment.
Good understanding of the regulatory requirements of care.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
