Whether you’re a graduate or have previous experience in operations / logistics, this is a great opportunity to learn NetSuite Administration and gain an in-depth understanding of B2B operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact within the business for all IT and operations-related issues, ensuring optimal functionality at all times
Role & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of any operations-related queries or issues
- Configuration and administration of their clients desktop support environment
- Assisting with and becoming a key player in the integrity and quality of data within NetSuite ERP & internal systems
- Create and maintain various operational documents and reports
- B2B processes and their relationship with Amazon and Amazon Vendor Central
- Recommend changes or optimizations to workflows, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Operation or Logistics Manager / Analyst / Executive or in a similar role within a B2B environment
- Basic understanding of IT and ERP or CRM systems
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable:
- NetSuite or similar ERP systems experience

Package:
- Circa £30,000 base salary (depending on experience) + discretionary staff bonus
- Hours 9am to 5.30pm with 4pm finish Fridays
