Your Role as a Graduate Mentor (KS4/KS5)
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping high-potential students refine their academic skills and prepare for university entrance. Working closely with the senior academic team, you will provide targeted support across a range of subjects, focusing on exam readiness, independent study, and high-level critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group mentoring for GCSE and A-Level students
* Supporting university preparation, including Oxbridge and UCAS guidance
* Assisting with advanced subject-specific tutoring (e.g., essay writing, analysis, problem-solving)
* Encouraging independent study habits and academic resilience
* Helping deliver academic enrichment sessions and workshops
