Job Title: Part Time Accounts Assistant
Location: Rochester
Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM-2.30 (25 HOURS PER WEEK)
Remuneration: £14/hour

I am seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join my lovely Rochester based client on a part-time basis. The hours work brilliantly around school drop off/pick ups and you will be working with a chatty, fun and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Purchase and Sales Ledger
Credit Control
Bank and cash reconciliations
Payment Runs
Handling supplier queries
Resolving invoice queries
Other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate is an experienced Accounts Assistant who has used Sage and is very confident on the phone. Credit control is one of the key focuses for the role so you must be happy to chase for payments on the phone. PLEASE NOTE: My client requires somebody to work 5 days in the office for shortened hours. They cannot consider different hours at this stage
