About the Company

Seymour John is partnering with a well-established company in Telford, seeking a proactive and adaptable Accounts Assistant to support both accounts and administrative functions. This is a part-time position (approx. 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday), with some flexibility on hours for the right candidate. Additional hours may be required on occasion.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing day-to-day accounts using Sage Line 50

* Handling courier documentation (full training provided)

* Answering telephone calls and managing general administrative tasks

* Providing ad-hoc support across the business as needed

* Sage Line 50 experience is essential

* Strong attention to detail, especially in financial processes

* A team player who is happy to “muck in” when required

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

* Flexibility to assist with extra hours when needed
