About the Role:

* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative professional to join our team at an established engineering company based in Liverpool. This is a part-time position, offering 4 hours a day, with flexible working hours to suit your schedule.

* The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our engineering team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with various tasks across the business. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including data entry, filing, and document management.

* Assist with scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing internal communications.

* Update and maintain client and project databases.

* Help with procurement processes, including ordering office supplies and materials as needed.

* Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documentation.

* Assist with invoicing and processing purchase orders.

* Support project managers and engineers with any administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.

* Ensure compliance with company processes and standards across all administrative duties.

* Handle day-to-day office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.

Key Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience, ideally in an engineering or technical environment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a flexible working arrangement.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

* A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

* Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

* Experience working in the engineering or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Working Hours and Pay:

* Part-time position: 4 hours per day, with flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.

* Annual salary: £15,000 – £20,000
