Part-Time Customer Service Agent – (Insurance)
Glasgow | Fully Office-Based
Start Dates: 9th June or 16th June
17 hours per week | £23,600 pro rata (£11,144 per annum)

Shifts Available:
Weekdays: 4pm – 8pm
Weekends: 9am – 2pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Customer Service Agent, supporting an insurance based client. You’ll handle customer inquiries with care, professionalism, and efficiency-providing essential support and ensuring each customer’s experience is a positive one.
What We’re Looking For:
Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
Students-especially those studying finance or similar courses
School leavers with voluntary or placement experience-if this is you, highlight your transferable skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving!
