Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the team at a vibrant 2 form entry school in Lichfield, starting in January 2025- working 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
– Assisting with the supervision and care of children in the EYFS setting
– Providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional help
– Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child
Requirements:
– Relevant experience working with young children
– A passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting student learning
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
– A relevant qualification in childcare or early years education is desirable

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
